Explanation

An update to the GO Enhance Regional Transit System (RTS) Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Feasibility Study was made at the City Commission meeting on February 20, 2014 (Legislative ID# 130722). At that meeting, the City Commission asked Parsons-Brinkerhoff, Inc. to present a final report on March 20, 2014. Public meetings have been held for public comment. Presentations have also been made to the Metropolitan Transportation Planning Organization (MTPO) for their input.

Fiscal Note

There is no fiscal impact to the City of Gainesville at this time.

The City Commission hear the presentation from Parsons-Brinkerhoff, Inc.
