This item is a request for approval and authorization to adopt a Resolution and execute Temporary Construction Easement onto the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT).

Explanation

The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is reconstructing South Main Street from NW 8^th Avenue to Depot Avenue.  FDOT is requesting the City grant a Temporary Construction Easement for the purpose of constructing a stormwater pipe connection to the City's sediment box.  

Fiscal Note

Funding in the amount of $100 for administrative costs is available in the Public Works FY 2009 operating budget.

Recommendation

The City Commission adopt the Resolution.
