Grant of an Easement to FDOT for Improvements to State Road 121 (B)

Explanation

The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) proposes to improve State Road 121.  As part of this improvement, FDOT intends to replace a pedestrian signal on the northeast corner of Northwest 8th Avenue and Northwest 34th Street (Westside Park).  The City has agreed that it is in the public or community interest to grant the easement to FDOT for pedestrian purposes.
