Explanation

The City Commission referred the request by the Metropolitan Transportation Planning Organization Citizens' Advisory Board (MTPO-CAC), that it serve as an advisory board to the City Commission,  to the Personnel Organizational Structure Committee for discussion and recommendation July 22, 2002.

Recommendation

Personnel & Organizational Structure Committee recommend the City Commission approve sending a letter to the MTPO-CAC declining the request to serve as an advisory board to the City Commission.
