Explanation

Staff provided an update on the PAYS Program to the Recreation and Cultural Affairs Committee at its June 16, 2005 meeting.  Staff recommended that the RCA Committee adopt the PAYS Program.  The RCA Committee adopted the PAYS Program at the June 16, 2005 meeting.  

Recommendation

The RCA Committee to City Commission:  adopt the implementation of the PAYS program for the City of Gainesville's Recreation and Parks Department and remove this item from the RCA referral list.
