Explanation

At the June 24, 2004 Recreation and Cultural Affairs Committee meeting, Recreation Manager Jeff Moffitt made a brief presentation regarding Westside Skate Park's new safety rules and regulations for minors using the facility. The Committee requested that this report be given to the City Commission.
