Explanation

At the June 26, 2000 City Commission meeting, the Commission requested that the Code Enforcement Committee review the voting record of the Board of Adjustment and make a recommendation as to whether they are properly carrying out their mission.  On November 6, 2000, the Community Development Committee discussed the issue and recommend that the issue be sunsetted unless action was taken within the next three months.

The Committee met again on April 2, 2001 and recommended that the Board of Adjustment voting record item be removed because no action had been taken in 3 months.
