Explanation

The Clerk's office budget includes a small business travel fund for each member of the City Commission. This past year's pandemic travel restrictions rendered this fund useless, however these funds can still be used for other reasons if the City Commission lifts restrictions. The City Commission should discuss allowing other service-oriented uses of the business travel fund. Current purchasing policies should be maintained when administering these funds, and the amount should remain the same as in past years
