Explanation
The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is ready to proceed with the landscape plans for State Road 26 (West University Avenue) from State Road 26A West (SW 2nd Avenue) to North-South Drive. The FDOT agreed to proceed with consultant services utilizing funds from the Campus Development Agreement.
Fiscal Note
The cost of design services is $100,000. This funding is available from the Campus Development Agreement.
Recommendation
The City Commission approve the Resolution authorizing execution of the Locally Funded Agreement with the Department of Transportation (FDOT) and the Memorandum of Agreement with the FDOT and the Department of Insurance.
