Resolution Increasing Rates for Spaces and Services for Evergreen Cemetery (B)

Explanation

As part of the budget process, on July 13, 2005 and August 15, 2005, the City Commission authorized increasing certain user fees by 5%, with the new amounts to be effective October 1, 2005.  Section 7-9 of the Code of Ordinances provides that the rates for spaces and services at Evergreen Cemetery will be adopted by resolution of the City Commission.  

Fiscal Note

The proposed resolution is drafted to meet the City's 2005-2006 budget goals.

Recommendations

The City Commission adopt the proposed resolution.
