Explanation

A team of the Charter Officers and the Human Resources Director are continuing to update and re-title the outdated City Personnel Policies and Procedures.

The team has completed Policy L-5 (formerly Policy 13), Leave of Absence With or Without Pay, and Policy L-8 (formerly Policy 12), Military Leave.  The changes to these policies are to be in compliance with new State and Federal requirements.

There is no fiscal impact.

Recommendation

The City Commission approve the revised policies.
