Explanation

At the September 16^th regular City Commission meeting, the City Commission approved a request by the Butler Plaza Team to hold a City Commission workshop as a follow up to the August 19^th City Commission review of the Butler Plaza PD Petition.   

In terms of the workshop, the Butler Team will present this material as refined by Mr. Robert Gibbs, a noted expert in urban redevelopment.  Staff will not have a presentation but will be available for questions regarding the Butler Plaza project.
