The City Commission adopt the proposed ordinance.

explanation

On July 12, 2010, as part of the City's budget process, the City Commission authorized the City Attorney to draft and the Clerk of the Commission to advertise an ordinance increasing the existing fee for costs associated with removing vehicle boots.  

Should the Commission approve the ordinance on first reading, second and final reading will be held on Thursday, October 7, 2010, which will be the effective date of the ordinance.
