At the September 25, 2000 City Commission meeting, the City Commission heard comments from citizens regarding several provisions of the College Park and University Heights Special Area Plans.  City staff has formulated recommendations and developed options on building heights, shade trees, adjacent use buffers, rear setbacks, shutters, garden walls and fences.
