This item is to request removal of an outstanding referral.

Explanation

On September 24, 2007 the City Commission referred this item to the RUC.  Staff provides the City Commission with quarterly updates on our Energy Efficiency Program Results.   This item was discussed at the April 8, 2008 and June 10, 2008 RUC meetings.  At the May 13, 2009 meeting the RUC agreed to recommend that this item be removed from the referral list.  

Recommendations

The Regional Utilities Committee (RUC) recommends that the City Commission remove this item from the referral list.
