The City Commission adopt the proposed ordinance, as amended.

explanation

At its meeting on June 23, 2008, the City Commission authorized the City Attorney to draft and the Clerk of the Commission to advertise an ordinance amending Appendix I of the City Charter, to revise and update the legal description of the boundaries of the City.  

Should the Commission adopt this ordinance on first reading, second and final reading of the ordinance will be October 2, 2008.
