The City Commission adopt the proposed ordinance.

explanation

During the budget process, on July 17, 2008, the City Commission authorized the City Attorney to draft and the Clerk of the Commission to advertise an ordinance amending the rates and fees for the stormwater management utilities.

This ordinance requires two readings.  Should the Commission pass this ordinance on first reading, second and final reading will be held on September 18, 2008.
