Explanation

Pursuant to Resolution No. 951377, the Office of Equal Opportunity has now completed the 2011 Affirmative Action Plan and wishes to share the results, goals, and associated action steps with the City Commission.

Recommendation

The City Commission:  1) hear a summary of the Affirmative Action Plan; and 2) receive the 2011 Affirmative Action Plan as prepared.
