Recommendation

The City Commission:  1) Support renaming the NE 8th Avenue Recreation Center "Blue Center" to the Clarence R. Kelly Recreation Center, as recommended by the Public Recreation Board; and 2) direct staff to work with the family on naming the center and scheduling the ceremony.
