Explanation

On April 5, 2012, the City Commission referred the issue of glare and dark sky performance of public and private lighting in Gainesville to the Community Development Committee (CDC) for review.  This item was discussed at the October 8, 2012 CDC Meeting.  The Committee received an update on this issue and voted that it be removed from the CDC referral list.

Recommendation

The City Commission remove this item from the Community Development Committee (CDC) referral list.
