This item is a request for the City Commission to approve the 60% design of the Regional Transit System (RTS) Bus Fleet Maintenance, Administration, and Operations Facility located at the intersection of SE 1st Street and Veitch Street.

Explanation
On April 19, 2012, the City Commission approved the Advanced Schematic Design (ASD) and waived the 30% design of the Regional Transit System (RTS) Bus Fleet Maintenance, Administration, and Operations Facility. The Design/Build Team and staff will continue to work with the various City Departments, State, and Federal agencies as the project continues.

Fiscal Note
