The City Commission adopt the proposed ordinance.

explanation

At its meeting on October 18, 2012, the City Commission authorized the City Attorney to draft and the Clerk of the Commission advertise an ordinance amending rates for the Feed-In-Tariff program for projects with SEPA contracts entered into during calendar year 2013.  The changes will be effective for contracts entered into between 12:01 a.m. on January 1, 2013 and midnight on December 31, 2013.
