Petitioner filed a Petition for Writ of Certiorari on January 14, 2013 challenging a Special Use Permit issued by the Plan Board to Gator Car Wash.  The Petitioner alleges that the Special Use Permit should not have been issued as the permit allowed the non-conforming use on site to expand.   The Court entered an order on January 16, 2013 requiring the City to file a response.
