This is a request to reschedule the City Commission Strategic Planning Retreat to be held on August 6, 2013.

Explanation

Each year, the City Commission holds a strategic planning retreat to discuss strategic goals and initiatives. Due to recent scheduling conflicts, the original date of June 11, 2013, no longer accommodates all members of the City Commission. This is a request to reschedule the City Commission Strategic Planning Retreat to be held on August 6, 2013 at 8:00 AM.

Fiscal Note

There is no fiscal impact.

Recommendation

The City Commission reschedule the Strategic Planning Retreat to be held on August 6, 2013 at 8:00 AM and cancel the Charter Review special meeting on June 25, 2013.
