Explanation
On July 29, 2013 the City Commission held a special meeting to review and discuss the City's Charter and evaluate possible changes. The City Commission requested the City Auditor to provide background information regarding discussions within the City's Audit, Finance and Legislative Committee leading to the proposed Charter amendment on City elections, which failed to pass by referendum in March 2013.
