Explanation

At its March 20, 2014 meeting, the City Commission voted to have a workshop on April 1, 2014 to discuss the framework for a new governance board for GRU, including one proposed by Commissioner Lauren Poe.   On March 24, 2014, an amended call was issued to change the workshop to a special meeting.
