Landlord/Tenant Issues - Mold Concerns (B)
Explanation
The City Commission referred an item regarding landlord/tenant issues specifically related to mold concerns to the Community Development Committee. As a follow up to that referral, staff has invited an attorney with University of Florida Student Legal Services to provide an overview of the legal rights of landlords and tenants provided by the State of Florida. Code Enforcement staff will provide a synopsis of the current options available through the city's code of ordinances when investigating a case involving mold.

The CDC receive a presentation from staff and a representative of University of Florida Student Legal Services.
