Recommendation
The City Commission authorize the Gainesville Police Department to appropriate $15,000 from the Federal Forfeiture Fund. The unreserved fund balance is $663,331 as of November 20, 2013.
Alternative Recommendation
The City Commission appropriate $15,000 from the General Fund for these expenses.
