This is an informational item to update the Commission on the first quarter results of GRU's 2015 Business Plan.

Explanation

The Gainesville Regional Utilities 2015 Business plan was developed by staff, with input from and approval of the City Commission. The Business Plan outlines priorities, objectives, measures and indicators to gauge progress against targeted performance goals for the utility.

Recommendation:

The City Commission hear an update from staff on the 2015 Business Plan's first quarter results.
