Transistion from RUC to Utility Advisory Board (B)

Explanation

After reviewing and discussing the citizen applications received for the newly-created Utility Advisory Board, the City Commission has chosen seven members and decided on the length of their term.  As the RUC will be sunset, a plan must be developed to assist the new board in getting started.  A checklist of some items to consider is attached.

Recommendation:

Create a draft transition plan for the new Utility Advisory Board.
