Explanation

Strategic Initiative 4.1 Develop a Shared Governance Model within the City Organization was adopted as a higher priority initiative in the FY15/16 Strategic Plan.  It is the practice of the City to refer all strategic initiatives to a standing committee to receive progress updates and provide additional direction to staff when needed.  

This is a new initiative in FY15.  No action plan has been developed for this initiative to date.  Staff needs further discussion from the committee to determine the desired outcomes related to this initiative.
