Explanation

In 2013, the Gainesville CRA embarked on a 9-month strategic reorganization process to increase the focus of its projects and staff. CRA staff will provide an overview of its capital projects and community partnership programs throughout its four redevelopment areas. This presentation will include discussion of major CRA project milestones/funding in preparation for the July amendatory budget (FY16) item. Planning for the next 2 year budget process will begin in calendar year 2016.
