Explanation

This is the second year of a two-year budget.  Last summer, the City Commission approved a Plan for FY16.  Staff will present a proposed update to that plan for Commission consideration and discussion.

Fiscal Note

A balanced budget is proposed.

Recommendation

The City Commission hear presentations from staff and take action as appropriate.
