The City Commission, at its meeting on August 6, 2015, announced its oral order in the matter of Petition No. PB-15-31 SPL, which is a development plan filed by JBrown Professional Group, Inc., agent for Alachua County Board of Commissioners, for the construction of the Alachua County Public Defender's office building on property located at 151 SW 2nd Avenue, Gainesville, Florida. At the conclusion of the hearing, the City Commission unanimously approved the petition with staff conditions. City Commission Rules require the decision to be embodied in a written order. Copies of the proposed order were submitted to the Petitioner, the Staff, and the Affected Party.
