Explanation

If the City Commission approves the Third Amendment to the Employment Agreement between the City and City Manager Russ Blackburn, an Interim City Manager will need to be appointed effective November 6, 2015 at 5:01 p.m. 

Fiscal Note

Wages and benefits will be paid from the Personal Services Budget of the City Manager's Office.

Recommendation

The City Commission (1) select an Interim City Manager; and (2) authorize the Mayor to negotiate an agreement with the selected candidate.
