This is a request to remove an item from the Legislative and Organizational Policy Committee referral list.

Explanation

At its March 5, 2015 City Commission Meeting, the City Commission referred to the Legislative and Organizational Policy Committee a discussion regarding Rehiring Retirees, and asked for the parameters in which City retirees may be rehired.

Committee members discussed the reemployment of retirees during the January 13, 2016 Legislative and Organizational Policy Committee meeting. No action was taken.
