Explanation
The City Commission is hosting a Telephone Town Hall Meeting, talkGNV, during which approximately 19,000 phone numbers will be dialed, inviting citizens to participate in a discussion about programs and services provided by the City of Gainesville. The call is scheduled for one hour beginning at 6:00 PM.
Call participants will have the opportunity to ask questions, share comments, vote in polls, or just listen to the discussion.

Fiscal Note
The cost of a Telephone Town Hall meeting is approximately $4,500 for a one-hour call and is included in the FY2016 budget.
