Explanation

At the June 14, 2017 regular meeting, member Orlando asked if staff could give an update on the LEEP program, the Community Weatherization Coalition and the Connect Free program in preparation for the budget presentation.  Chair Cook stated that he wanted to pick up the discussion of rate structures again.  The Board agreed to discuss rates at their next workshop.

Recommendation:

1)  Discuss GRU's rate structure.

2)  Hear an update on the LEEP program, the Community Weatherization Coalition and the Connect Free program.
