Explanation

The City Attorney's office will provide training to the members of the UAB regarding the city charter, ordinances, ethics, government in the sunshine, open meetings and public records.  Additionally, the City's Finance Director will provide information about the general fund transfer and indirect cost allocation.

Recommendation:

Hear presentations from the City Attorney's office and the City Finance Director.
