Explanation

At its February 15, 2017 meeting, the Utility Advisory Board conducted a review of General Manager Ed Bielarski's performance in Fiscal Year 2016.  Each member gave their thoughts and voted to have Chair Darin Cook distill those views into a letter to the City Commission in support of Mr. Bielarski. The letter was submitted to the Clerk of the Commission for inclusion in the March 2, 2017 City Commission meeting agenda; however, the Commission removed the item at their February 22, 2017 agenda review.
