Explanation
This is a request for a Special Use Permit (SUP) with associated minor development plan review to construct a 1-story fast food restaurant with a drive-through. The 1-story fast-food restaurant will feature two drive-through lanes and a bypass lane. Each drive-through lane will have a menu board, order unit and clearance bar. Other proposed features include landscape material, stormwater facilities, utilities, lighting, off-street parking, sidewalks, and signage. The inside of the fast food restaurant will contain 80 fixed seats.
The property is 1.108 (MOL) acres in size and located on the southwest corner of Archer Road (SR 24) and SW 40th Boulevard, just east of I-75. It currently contains a Burger King fast food restaurant with a drive-through.
