At the September 5, 2017 special meeting, staff presented options for financing of the GREC facility purchase. The Board asked staff to bring additional information to their next regular meeting, along with a representative from GRU's financial consulting firm, for further discussion and consideration.

Recommendation:

Receive additional information on options for financing the purchase of the GREC facility and make a recommendation for the City Commission.
