Explanation

A team building retreat is planned for the City Commission, Charter Officers and Department Directors on Wednesday, February 14^th, 2018 from 1:30 PM - 5:30 PM in the GRU Administration Building’s Multipurpose Room.

The workshop is a follow-up to the team building retreat on October 24, 2017, which focused on furthering linking a strengths - and team - based approach to organizational strategy, planning and execution.   The February 14^th workshop aims to engage collaborative practices as we work to address Gainesville’s needs.
