Explanation

The Gainesville Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) is made up of four distinct districts including College Park/University Heights (CPUH), Fifth Avenue/Pleasant Street (FAPS), Eastside (ERAB) and Downtown (DRAB). Each redevelopment area has its own Redevelopment Plan and Trust Fund that support the redevelopment activities and operations of the CRA.
