Explanation

At the request of the UAB chair, staff presented data at the January 11, 2018, meeting on how long it takes to fill positions at GRU.  The Board heard the presentation and requested to continue the discussion at their January 23rd, 2018, workshop.  In particular, they asked staff to provide information on the market average salary for hard to fill positions and a comparison of how long it takes to fill general government positions.
