2019 Budget Prioritization (B)

This is a request for the City Commission to review the second year of the approved bi-annual budget and to prioritize new and existing requests.

Explanation

The FY19 budget is the second year of the approved bi-annual budget.  The Budget & Finance Department will present an update to the FY 19 budget based on revised revenue and expense projections.  We will also be working with the Commission to review and prioritize new and existing program requests, and discuss potential budgetary impacts.

The City Commission: 1) hear an update on the FY19 budget; and 2) review and prioritize new and existing program requests, and discuss potential budgetary impacts.
