Explanation

This petition is for a Special Use Permit and associated development plan approval to construct a 6-story parking garage with a roof deck and 847 vehicle spaces on the North Florida Regional Medical Center (NFRMC) campus.  The parking garage will be constructed immediately south of the existing Cancer Center on NW 10^th Place.
