Regional Transit System Advisory Board Annual Workplan (B)

Explanation

The Office of the Clerk of the Commission contacted staff and requested that an item be placed on the next agenda for the board to discuss "five (5) topics that can be referred to your Board/Committee from the Commission." In previous CAB meetings there have been discussions about the duties and responsibilities of the board and whether it would be beneficial to create an annual workplan. For the Board’s consideration and discussion at the meeting in November, staff provided a schedule of the tentative 2019 meeting dates and a tentative list of items to be submitted to the City Commission in 2019. The board agreed to discuss the matter further at the next meeting, and asked each board member to bring one item back to discuss being added to the workplan.

Recommendation

The Regional Transit System Advisory Board discuss an annual workplan for 2019.
