Explanation

This petition is for Master Plan review for an office and commercial development on 8.36 acres in two Phases.  Phase I includes six buildings with a total of 37, 456 square feet of floor area and Phase II to include approximately 22,510 square feet.  The applicant is request approval of the Master Plan for a period of five years.

Staff to Development Review Board - Staff recommends approval of Petition DB-19-26 SPL with conditions.
