Explanation
The City Plan Board reviewed this petition for a Special Use Permit on June 27, 2019. After receiving testimony from staff, the applicant and the general public concerning the proposed carwash, the board entertained a motion to deny the petition, which failed by a vote of 3 to 3. A second motion to continue the petition to the July 25, 2019 meeting was adopted by a vote of 6 to 0.
